The Parkland is Dauphin’s playground. With a crisscross of trails for walking, running, cycling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling Dauphinites are busy every season of the year.

Situated in the heart of Manitoba’s most spectacularly scenic region, you will enjoy many world-class festivals, attractions, heritage and outdoor summer and winter recreational activities.

The community is centrally located between three of the most scenic and challenging golf courses. Surrounded by deep, clear lakes and fast flowing streams the area boasts of trophy fish in a half dozen species or more. Beautiful nature and scenery surround us with nearby national and provincial parks.

Dauphin is a passionate supporter of its Junior A hockey team, the Dauphin Kings in the 2,000-seat Credit Union Place. There are many recreational opportunities in the facility, which houses Manitoba’s only wave pool, a walking track and curling rink.

Dauphin is an arts and culture based community that offers many creative opportunities along with a mix of parks and green space.
