The landscape surround Dauphin is a palette of intense colour. With wide vivid blue skies, deep, dark shimmering lakes and forests of many hues of green, the parks and lakes lure many visitors in the summer. In autumn, that same landscape explodes with a riot of fall colours, while the serene, snowy stillness of winter offers another equally beautiful palette to visitors.

The pristine lakes, cool streams, rolling grasslands and thick forests are home to an abundance of wildlife, such as elk, moose deer, coyote, wolf, birds, bison and bear. Sharing their space, visitors may catch a glimpse or take a photo of creatures in the wild.
