City Manager’s Message – August 27, 2020

We have all had to adjust our work environments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Here at City Hall we have made accommodations to provide our usual services while following Provincial health guidelines to keep the public and our staff safe. We can be contacted by phone or email; if you need to meet with someone then we are equipped to do so in our large meetings rooms. We have made provisions for alternate ways to pay your bills:

  • Online Banking: Pay your bill through your financial institution using online banking. Both your property tax bill and utility bill can be paid this way. Be sure to choose the correct payee option when registering.
  • Utility Preauthorized Payments: Sign up to have your utility payments automatically withdrawn from your account on the bill due date. Please visit https://bit.ly/31hw5do for more details or contact the City of Dauphin at 204-622-3200.
  • Tax Preauthorized Payments: Sign up to have your property tax payment automatically withdrawn from your account in monthly installments. Some conditions apply. Please visit https://bit.ly/31hw5do for more details or contact the City of Dauphin at 204-622-3200.

“We are doing all that we can to ensure consistency in services through these uncertain times. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in participating with the Province’s guidelines when attending City Hall and look forward to continuing to serve the citizens of Dauphin,” says Sharla Griffiths, City Manager.
