The City of Dauphin is inviting Expressions of Interest from licensed local realtors to provide services for the sale of five (5) vacant lots within the community.
We are seeking a qualified professional with strong market knowledge and a proven track record in residential property sales.
Interested realtors are asked to submit:
- A brief overview of experience
- Proposed commission/fee structure
- Marketing approach
- Relevant references (if available)
Submissions must be received no later than March 15, 2026.
